   a. We may share such personal data with other Government Agencies and public healthcare institutions, to enable us to provide you        with better healthcare, unless such sharing is prohibited by law.
   b. We will NOT share your personal data with non-Government agencies and non-public healthcare institutions, except where: 
        i. they have been authorized to provide services on behalf of Government agencies or public healthcare institutions;
        ii. they are our service providers who provide us with necessary services including but not limited to IT services, hosting and                       maintenance services, organizing of our events, accounting, data analytics services, email messaging services, delivery services,             handling of payment transactions, marketing etc;
       iii. they are our Health care provider or professional advisers including but not limited to accountants, lawyers and auditors;
       iv. they are authorized users of public health systems operated and/or initiated by the Government you have specifically consented          to such disclosure.
       v. You consent to us transferring your personal data to any location outside of  Nigeria for the Purposes set out above

7. To safeguard your personal data, all electronic storage and transmission of personal data is secured with appropriate security technologies.

8. Druzycare may contain links to other websites or applications whose data protection and privacy practices may differ from ours. We are not responsible for the content and privacy practices of these other websites or applications and encourage you to review the privacy policies or notices of those websites or applications.

DRUZYCARE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Agreement to Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of use are an agreement between you and Druzycare an online health care provider with the office               address At E17, Low-Cost Federal Housing Estate, Odo Ona Elewe, Ibadan, Nigeria.
1.2 The website and the services (we, our, us) provided are collectively known as Druzycare. We may update these Terms from time to           time and you are required to acknowledge and agree that the latest version of these Terms each time you use Druzycare.
1.3 You will be asked to agree with the terms and conditions before making use of Druzycare which signifies that you have read and             understood the term and conditions. If you are not satisfied and do not agree with the terms and conditions please do not make             use of Druzycare.  
 

2. User Responsibility Agreement
By using this Site, undertaking an online medical consultation and other services, I affirm and state truthfully as if I was under oath that:

• I am 18 years old and/ or above with good mental state i.e can take decision on my own, of sound mind and good judgement.

• I, the patient, have a local Doctor or my General Practitioner (GP) who has examined me, evaluated my current condition and past medical history and considered this to be to a satisfactory level.

• I agree to immediately contact my local Doctor who is a registered medical practitioner for further consultation, any necessary check-up, care or intervention in the event that I should experience any side effects or complications or have any questions in respect of the treatment / medication(s).

• The consultation and prescription that I am requesting are entirely for my own personal medical needs and my own personal use, are required for my condition.

• I agree and understand that the purpose of this service is to support, not replace, the relationship with my healthcare providers, local Doctor or GP.

• I have answered and will answer all questions truthfully and to the best of my knowledge, in the same way I would answer in a 'face-to-face' consultation with my local Doctor or GP.

• I understand that full disclosure is essential in maintaining my personal safety and I will not fail to adhere to this condition of disclosure at all times.

• As a further affirmation of the aforementioned point, I confirm that I have disclosed in full any and all information concerning my health and medical history that may be relevant to my request for treatment. I have not omitted or misrepresented any information or statement of fact during the consultation process and relevant hereto.

• I am permitted by law to use the credit card and or any other payment card that will be used to purchase the treatment, if my request is approved and processed. I affirm that I am an authorized cardholder or signatory and or duly authorized to use the payment card used on this Website.

• I have not been induced or placed under duress to use this site, undertake an online medical consultation or any other services that I requested or may request, and I do so out of my own free will and choice.

• By proceeding with this request for the chosen treatment or medication, I am voluntarily agreeing to all of the above-mentioned points. I understand that by using this Site and the services it provides, I irrevocably bind myself to these Terms and Conditions.

 

3. Access to Druzycare
    a. Content publicly available on Druzycare may be assess by everyone. However, you may be asked to register an account with us                before you can make use of certain functionalities within Druzycare.
    b. Druzycare rely on systems, databases and technologies to operate, therefore we do not guarantee continuous accessibility or                  uninterrupted operation. We will not be liable to you if, for any reason, access to Druzycare is delayed or unavailable for any                    period of time.
    c. We may at any time change, suspend, or discontinue Druzycare, any of its content, and/or access to part or all of it, without notice          and for any reason.
    d. During the use and access to Druzycare, you are required to:
         i. comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations when using Druzycare;
         ii. not access any information or data concerning another person without his/her permission;
         iii. not infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of Druzycare;
         iv. not submit, publish, transmit, post or upload any material that is factually inaccurate, offensive, threatening, discriminatory,                     racist, seditious, obscene, pornographic, indecent, misleading, deceptive, in contempt of any court, defamatory, or                                   otherwise objectionable to the general public in relation to your use of Druzycare;
          v. not use Druzycare in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems, databases, servers                      or security or interfere with other users; and
         vi. not collect or harvest any information or data from our systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the                            servers running any features, services, tools, directories or content on Druzycare.
              In the event of a non-compliance, we reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to part or all of Druzycare for any                      reason at any time without prior notice.
 

4. Account Registration
4.1 You should ensure that all registration information provided by you is true, accurate, current and complete to the best of                          your knowledge and belief.
4.2 We have the right to reject your application for an account, if you are in breach of these Terms or for any other reason as                          determined by us at our sole and absolute discretion, we will suspend your use of or terminate your account at any time                          without prior notice to you. 
4.3 You agree to keep your account ID and password confidential and shall not allow other person to use your account upon                           successful registration of your account. You shall update your account as and when there are any changes to your details;                         and shall notify us immediately if you have any reason to believe that the security of your account has been compromised.
4.4 You are solely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your account. We are entitled to treat all activities             that        occur under your account as having been conducted with your knowledge and authority.
4.5 As long as your account is active, you acknowledge and agree that we shall have the right, at our sole and absolute                                  discretion, without any prior notice to you, to: access your account and its contents as and when we consider necessary for                      specific purposes, including but not limited to, identifying or resolving technical problems with your account or to verify             any        suspected irregular transactions.
4.6 We can block your access to your account for the purposes of investigating any breaches by you of these Terms or if we                             suspect that there is a compromise in the security of your account; and/or suspend, discontinue, remove or disbar you                             from the use of your account should there be any breaches by you or suspicion of fraud, in which event, you may be                                 referred to the relevant law enforcement agencies for investigation (where necessary).
 

5 Medical Disclaimer/ limitation of liability
5.1 The information on Druzycare is not planned to fill in for the advice of a healthcare provider and may not be specific, generally be          exact, finished or exceptional. All information contained in Druzycare is for enlightening purposes and is to be depended upon at          your own risk, and you are urged to consistently look for proficient clinical guidance despite the information on Druzycare. We do          not acknowledge any duty regarding any dependence by you on the information contained in Druzycare.
5.2 Your utilization of any part of the Services is at your sole prudence. You should talk with medical care provider and settle on your            clinical choices dependent on their recommendation.
5.3 Druzycare is not liable for consultations given by the health care providers, all assessments and diagnosis are carefully that of the            health care providers. 5.9 Druzycare service is controlled and offered by Druzycare from its office in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Druzycare makes no                portrayals that Druzycare Service is fitting or accessible for use in different areas. The individuals who access or utilize the                        Druzycare Service from different purviews do such on their own volition and are answerable for consistence with local law. 
5.10 Subject to applicable law, you and Druzycare concur that any reason for activity emerging out of or identified with the service                should initiate within one (1) year after the reason for activity accumulates. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred. 
 

6 Medical Advice through the Virtual Visit, Live Chat, Messages, Voice Call Services
6.1 Do not use the Virtual Visit, Live Chat, Messages, and Voice Call Services for emergency medical needs. If you experience a                    medical emergency, call your local emergency phone number immediately or visit the nearest health care facility.
6.2 Your interactions with the health care Providers via the Virtual Visit, Live Chat, Messages, and Voice Call Services are not intended          to take the place of your relationship(s) with your regular and local health care practitioner(s).
6.3 Druzycare will not be liable for any professional advice you obtain from a healthcare Provider via the Virtual Visit, Live Chat,                      Messages, and Voice Call Services.  You acknowledge your reliance on any healthcare Providers or information provided by the              Virtual Visit, Live Chat, Messages, and Voice Call Services is solely at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for all risk                associated therewith.
6.4 You hereby certify that you are physically located in the State you have entered as your current location for Virtual Visit, Live Chat,          Messages, and Voice Call Services.  You acknowledge that your ability to access and use the Virtual Visit, Live Chat, Messages, and        Voice Call Services is conditioned upon the truthfulness of this certification and that the health care Providers you access through            the Virtual Visit, Live Chat, Messages, and Voice Call Services are relying upon this certification in order to interact with you.  In the        event that your certification is inaccurate, you agree to indemnify Druzycare and the health care Providers you interact with from              any resulting damages, costs, or claims.
6.5 By agreeing to use the Service, you agree to receive certain Druzycare notification or information via push notification or SMS text          message. These notifications or text messages may contain information about the symptoms and other health information you                have provided to health care Providers who interacted with you. You can opt-out of receiving such notifications. You may incur                additional charges from your wireless provider for these services and that you are solely responsible for any such charges.
 

7 Use of the Services by Children 
7.1 The Services are available for use by children, but under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you register as the parent          or legal guardian on behalf of a child, you shall be responsible for complying with these Terms. 
 

8 Intellectual Property
8.1 All Intellectual Property and rights in Druzycare, including source codes, pages, reports and pictures, illustrations, brand names,              trademarks, logos, sound and video are ensured by law. The intellectual property rights in these materials are claimed by us or                authorized to us by third parties. All rights are expressly reserved.
8.2 Apart from any reasonable dealings for the motivations behind private study, research, criticism or review study, as allowed in law,          no piece of Druzycare may be duplicated or reused for any business purposes at all without our earlier written consent.
 

9 Fees and purchase terms
9.1 You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing Druzycare with a valid Credit Card or Debit Card account            details for payment of all fees. All fees will be billed to the Credit Card or Debit Card account you designate during the purchase of        a service.
9.2 You concur that you will pay for the Services rendered by Druzycare and that Druzycare may charge your Debit Card, Credit Card or        and for any extra sums that might be accumulated by or in connection to your account.
9.3 We are not liable towards you or responsible for any fees incurred by you as a result of using or accessing or making purchases                from any third-party website that is not owned by Druzycare.

10 Indemnity
10.1 You, as a user, agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Druzycare and our chiefs, officials, workers, partners, health care                providers, specialists, temporary workers and licensors in regard of any cases emerging out of:
        a. your breach of these Terms, 
        b. your utilization of Druzycare,  
        c. your entrance, use or alteration of any External Data,
        d. your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or 
        e. any claim that one of your communications caused damage to a third party. 
        f. any action taken by us as part of our investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms or as a result of a finding or decision                   that a breach of these Terms has occurred.

11 Security 
11.1 Druzycare utilizes commercially sensible physical, administrative, and specialized protections to safeguard the respectability and            security of your personal information and implement your protection settings. In any case, we cannot ensure that unapproved                  third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.

12.2 Any content obtained through the use of the Druzycare is downloaded at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any            damage to your computer system or mobile device or loss of data that results from such download or your use of the Service.
12.3 No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Druzycare or through the Service will create any warranty            not expressly stated herein. Without limiting the foregoing, Druzycare, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, and its licensors do not                      warrant that the content is accurate, reliable or correct; that the Service will meet your requirements; that the Service will be                    available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Service           is free of viruses or other harmful components. 
12.4. Druzycare does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a               third party through the Service or any hyperlinked website or service, and will not be a party to or in any way monitor any                         transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services.

13 Termination and Suspension
13.1 Druzycare will take appropriate measures when a breach of these Terms has taken place. Failure to comply with these Terms may            result in our taking all or any actions such as; instantaneous, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the                          Druzycare, issuing of caution to you and legal proceedings being taken against you for the compensation of any reasonable costs          that we incur (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) as a direct result of you failing to abide by             the Terms.

14 Dispute Resolution and Complaints 
14.1. Please let us know about your complaint as soon as possible, you can do this by contacting us via any of the contacts provided.              We may additionally ask you for certain details about you and your complaint in order to address it. Please provide these as soon            as you can so that we can resolve your complaint quickly.

15.1 Druzycare may contain links to third-party materials that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not assume any responsibility            for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. 
15.2 If you access a third-party website or service from Druzycare or share your User Content on or through any third-party website or           service, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that this Agreement and Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such             third-party sites, products or services. We are not liable for any damage arising from your use of any third-party website, service, or         content, including without limitation User Content submitted by other Users.
15.3 Your participation in promotions of advertisers found on Druzycare, including payment and delivery of goods, and any other terms         (such as warranties) are solely between you and such advertisers. You agree that Druzycare shall not be responsible for any loss or            damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such advertisers.
